2007 Market Profile

A Market Profile consists of population, age, households, sex, housing units, income, race, and other social and economic characteristics for any specified market area in the 17-county Kansas City-Overland Park-Kansas City Combined Statistical Area. Includes 1990 and 2000 census data with 2007 estimates and 2012 projections.

You can select aggregated data for any of the following, and discounts are available for multiple areas ordered at the same time:

• Custom Report - One or more census tracts - $50
• Custom Report - One or more ZIP codes - $50
• Single radius from a given location (intersection or address, census tracts only) - $50
• Single county - $25
• MARC Region - $25
• 15-county Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA); $25
• MSA Summary (contains first pages of each county's basic profile - population, race, sex and age ranges) - $75
• Kansas City-Overland Park-Kansas City Combined Statistical Area (CSA) - $25

Any aggregation of counties other than the complete MARC Region, MSA, or CSA definitions is considered a custom request - $50

2007 Mature Market Profile

This report contains a sub-set of the 2006 Market Profile for the population 55 years of age and over and includes population, age, households, sex, income and race for any specified market area in the 17-county Kansas City-Overland Park-Kansas City Combined Statistical Area. Includes 1990 and 2000 census data with 2006 estimates and 2011 projections.

The Mature Market Profile consists of data aggregated for each of the areas described above, and discounts are available for multiple areas ordered at the same time. Reports for user-selected census tracts, ZIP codes or radii are $20. All the other standard reports are $10.
